These are starting options — early morning (8–9am), midday (around 12pm), early afternoon (around 3pm), end of day (after 5pm). You choose the times that fit your team. Each session is 10–15 minutes, optional, and built around your actual rhythm — not ours.

The people doing the most are recovering the least.
SĀMA changes that.

Not because they're weak or burnt out — because the modern workday was never designed with recovery in mind. Back-to-back meetings, constant decisions, low-grade pressure from open to close. A nervous system that never gets a break. And a team that never recovers slowly stops performing.

SĀMA is the recovery practice that was always missing. 15 minutes of breath, live on Zoom — no yoga, no apps, no intense breathwork, no behavior change required. You show up, you breathe — simple breath, awareness, and rest. Something shifts. Not as a concept. As a felt physiological fact.

This has nothing to do with wellness as a perk. It's about giving the people doing the work the one thing that makes everything else work better: a calm nervous system.

The science underneath: heart coherence is the measurable physiological state we're training for. Slow, extended exhales activate the vagus nerve, raising heart rate variability and shifting the body from fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest. When a group breathes the same pattern, individual nervous systems synchronize — a phenomenon documented in choirs, drum circles, and meditation groups. Grounded in HeartMath research and Stephen Porges' polyvagal theory.

Six steps. Live in one week.

  1. 01

    Start.

One free session for your team. No credit card, no commitment. Just show up — we'll show you how it works.

  2. 02

    Orientation workshop.

30-minute team orientation — in a room or on a call. Your team experiences a guided practice together, we walk through the science, set the tone, and answer questions. This is where buy-in lands.

  3. 03

    Tell us your team's hours.

Right after the orientation, a quick form goes out. Your team picks the windows that fit their actual rhythm — morning, midday, afternoon, end of day.

  4. 04

    Email rollout.

We help you announce it internally with weight. People who were in the orientation already know what it feels like — they bring others along.

  5. 05

    Calendar invite.

Optional invites land on the team calendar. Anyone shows up — or doesn't. No yoga, no apps, no behavior change required.

  6. 06

    Run it for 40 days.

Forty days is the cycle that imprints. Midway and at the end, we send a short feedback form so you can see the shift in focus, energy, and team dynamics — in your team's own words.

Built for teams that value performance and people equally.

HR & People leads

A wellness lever your team actually uses.

No yoga. No wellness app to manage. Just a live 15-minute session your team actually shows up for — and a metric you can point to after 40 days.

Scaling businesses

Hold the culture as you grow.

A shared daily ritual that holds culture together as headcount grows. The impact of just 5–10 minutes of daily breath practice is profound. Remote, in-office, or hybrid — same practice, one room.

Coworking spaces

A daily break for the whole building.

A live daily break open to everyone in the building. Gives your members a shared ritual and a reason to stay — not just work.

Takes you to our calendar — pick a time that works.

The things People leaders usually ask.

What actually happens in 15 minutes?

You join a Zoom link at the scheduled time, cameras optional. A founder opens with a brief welcome — grounding, nervous system focus, what to notice — and guides the room through breath, awareness, and rest. The practice varies session to session: heart coherence, grounding, a settling meditation — chosen for the moment. No small talk, no arrival buffer. We go straight in.

Who leads the sessions?

Founders Eddy Kaljic and Estefania Molino lead every session in v1. As we scale, new facilitators go through rigorous internal training before running a group solo.

What's the commitment?

Your first session is free. After that: month-to-month, 15 days' notice to cancel. If a session gets disrupted on our end, it's credited or re-run.

What if no one shows up at first?

Normal, and expected. We build a soft rollout: pre-launch email, weekly comms templates, champion spotlight. By week three most teams settle into a rhythm of voluntary, consistent attendance — that's the win we're after.
